Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (Gluten Free, Paleo, Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (add more as needed)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (any nut/seed butter)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 splash vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender.
  • Blend until fully combined, thick, and smooth.
  • Top with something crunchy like granola and enjoy!
