Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Energy Balls

Ingredients
1 & 1/2
cups
oats
(I use sprouted!)
1/2
cup
coconut sugar
1/4
cup
coconut oil*
(melted then cooled)

tbsp
almond milk
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Blend everything besides chocolate chips in a food processor.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Roll into balls (I used a cookie scoop so they would all be about the same size).
Store in the fridge or freezer! I personally prefer the freezer :)

*use refined coconut oil if you don't want a coconut tasteĀ
