2 Minute Protein Cookie

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp oat flour (blend oats in blender or buy at the store)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • pinch salt
  • 2-3 tbsp milk of choice
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Roll dough into a ball.
  • Top with chocolate chips, microwave for 30 seconds, and enjoy!
