If your batter is too wet, add more protein powder or flour. If your batter is too dry, add a little extra milk. The consistency will vary based on which kind of protein powder, flour, and milk you use — so it's normal to have to play with the ingredient ratios a little bit until you reach a dough-like consistency. The dough will be sticky — that's okay!
Place the cookie dough onto a microwave-safe plate and press / shape into a cookie. Lightly dampen your fingers with water to prevent sticking while you form your cookie.
Top with chocolate chips and microwave for 60 seconds. Optional to sprinkle with sea salt. Let cool and enjoy!
