Preheat oven to 425F and line baking sheet with parchment pepper.
Slice peppers, red onion, and chicken into strips.
Drizzle avocado oil, sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, chili powder, juice of 1/2 lime, and toss so that everything is coated evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes, toss again, and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through.
