Cook chicken using any preferred method (bake, sautee, instant pot, etc.). I have been using organic rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Cook rice according to package. Instead of using water, I use bone broth for extra protein, flavor, and gut healing properties!
Once your rice is done, add it to a pot with chicken, black beans, salsa of choice, and cheese (optional). Feel free to toss in some peppers, onion, corn, or any other desired add-in's as well!
