Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (12-13 g)
  • 1/2 apple (chopped)
  • cinnamon to taste
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat oven-safe bowl or ramekin in oil and set aside (I used avocado oil).
  • In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Pour mixture into greased bowl or ramekin. Optional— top with extra cinnamon and coconut sugar.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes.
