This Pizza Tortilla hack is one of the easiest ways to satisfy any pizza craving without having to make a whole pizza! It can be made gluten-free, dairy-free, and even vegan depending on the ingredients used. It takes only three ingredients and a few minutes to make this delicious snack in no time!
I don’t know about you, but anything involving pizza and I’m SOLD. This pizza tortilla “hack” is a game changer! Not to be dramatic, but it’s changed my life 😆 It’s easy to throw together, satisfies the pizza craving, and makes the perfect quick snack – what could be better??

What You’ll Need For This Hack
- Tortilla – can be gluten-free, grain-free, whatever you need!
- Shredded cheese – can use dairy-free cheese.
- Pepperoni – can use a meat alternative if vegan/vegetarian.
- Italian seasoning
- Red sauce – I love the organic marinara from Whole Foods!
How To Make
Start by lightly spraying a medium-sized pan with oil (I love avocado oil) and set on medium heat on the stovetop. To your pan, add pepperoni slices, cover with shredded cheese, and place your tortilla on top. Let the tortilla cook for a couple minutes, until slightly crispy and golden. It helps to gently press down on the tortilla with a spatula to make sure the ingredients are sticking together! Once done to your liking, flip the tortilla over and transfer to your plate.
With the cheese and pepperoni side up on the plate, add Italian seasoning and red sauce (as little or as much as you want). Roll the tortilla lengthwise, cut it in half, and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 Tortilla
- Shredded cheese
- Pepperoni
- Italian seasoning
- Red marinara sauce
Instructions
- Spray a medium-sized pan with oil and heat over the stovetop.
- Place pepperoni and cheese on the pan. Top with a tortilla and cook until slightly crisp and golden. (It helps to gently press on the tortilla a few times)!
- Once cooked, carefully flip and remove from the pan onto a plate (topping side up).
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and top with marinara sauce.
- Roll the tortilla lengthwise, cut in half, and enjoy!
