What You’ll Need For This Hack

  • Tortilla – can be gluten-free, grain-free, whatever you need!
  • Shredded cheese – can use dairy-free cheese.
  • Pepperoni – can use a meat alternative if vegan/vegetarian.
  • Italian seasoning
  • Red sauce – I love the organic marinara from Whole Foods!

How To Make

Start by lightly spraying a medium-sized pan with oil (I love avocado oil) and set on medium heat on the stovetop. To your pan, add pepperoni slices, cover with shredded cheese, and place your tortilla on top. Let the tortilla cook for a couple minutes, until slightly crispy and golden. It helps to gently press down on the tortilla with a spatula to make sure the ingredients are sticking together! Once done to your liking, flip the tortilla over and transfer to your plate.

With the cheese and pepperoni side up on the plate, add Italian seasoning and red sauce (as little or as much as you want). Roll the tortilla lengthwise, cut it in half, and enjoy!
