Sugar Cookie Energy Bites

You guys, sugar cookies hold a such a special place in my heart that I had to make a version to store in the freezer so that they would be accessible at all times 🀣 it also helps that these are actually a healthy snack!

I used to LOVE those Lofthouse cookies that come out every season (I still do, I just don’t eat them quite as often now πŸ˜†) and these Sugar Cookie Collagen Balls remind me of them!

Made with simple ingredients, an added protein-boost from the collagen powder, healthy fat from the cashew butter, and even a little bit of fiber from the coconut flour… these are the PERFECT snack or treat.
