Easiest Ever Peanut Butter Cookies

These peanut butter cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and completely FLOURLESS! Not to mention perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Made with only THREE main ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry πŸ™

Easiest Ever Peanut Butter Cookies

Course: Dessert, Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup organic cane sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together peanut butter and sugar. Mix in your egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda.
  • Roll into balls (about 1 heaping tablespoon each).
  • Make a criss cross pattern on each cookie dough ball by pressing down on each with a fork.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes or until the edges start to get slightly crispy.
