Easiest Ever Peanut Butter Cookies

These peanut butter cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and completely FLOURLESS! Not to mention perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Made with only THREE main ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry 🙏

Easiest Ever Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup organic cane sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together peanut butter and sugar. Mix in your egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda.
  • Roll into balls (about 1 heaping tablespoon each).
  • Make a criss cross pattern on each cookie dough ball by pressing down on each with a fork.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes or until the edges start to get slightly crispy.
