What You’ll Need

  • Chocolate chips – you can use dairy free! I used dark and white chocolate.
  • Coconut oil
  • Toppings – I used vegan marshmallows, gluten free graham crackers and pretzels, granola, pomegranate seeds, sprinkles… use any snacks you have on hand!

How To Make

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prep for your chocolate bark!

Start by adding one bag of chocolate chips to a bowl with one tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted. In a separate bowl, repeat this step with white chocolate chips.

Take the bowl of melted chocolate and pour onto half of the baking sheet and spread evenly using the back of a spoon. On the other half of the sheet, pour the white chocolate and spread with a spoon. Using a toothpick, make swirls in the middle between the white and dark chocolate to slightly mix them!

Next, add your toppings of choice! This can be anything you have in your fridge, pantry, or need to use up. For the dark chocolate side, I used vegan marshmallows, gluten-free pretzels, a homemade peanut butter cup, and natural sprinkles. For the white chocolate side, I used granola, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, and more sprinkles! Other ideas would be crushed cookies, potato chips, popcorn, berries, other nuts… the possibilities are endless 😉

Set it in the freezer long enough for the chocolate to fully set. Once it’s done, break the bark into pieces, and enjoy!
