If you don’t have an air fryer, you can still bake this in the oven – just use a small dish! I love coming up with recipes using my air fryer, it’s one of my most used kitchen appliances… especially for quick, DELICIOUS desserts like this 🙈. No matter what your baking method is, this might be one of your new go-to’s. The natural sweetness from the peaches bakes with the cinnamon and brown sugar giving this a melt-in-your-mouth, gooey caramel flavor! Are you sold yet?

What You’ll Need

  • Peach
  • Oil – I use a neutral oil, like avocado spray but you could use any oil or butter.
  • Cinnamon
  • Brown sugar – can use coconut sugar, maple sugar, or a similar alternative!

How To Make

Start by cutting your peach in half and remove the pit. If using an air fryer, I like to put parchment paper down to have an easier cleanup! Place the peach skin side down in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil or butter. Then place the peach halves so they are face down, skin side up.

Bake at 390F for 5-6 minutes. Open the air fryer basket and carefully flip the peaches so the skin is now facing down. Add your cinnamon and brown sugar enough to coat the top of each half. Close the basket and bake for another couple minutes, until golden brown (about 3 minutes)!

Toppings are optional but ALWAYS a good idea 😉 I love adding dairy-free ice cream (Fronen is what I have been loving lately, it’s so creamy!), some granola, and more cinnamon. Feel free to eat this without toppings or get creative and switch things up!
