These Healthier Peanut Butter “Blossoms” are gluten-free, dairy-free, super simple, and absolutley delicious! All you need are 4 key ingredients.
This recipe is based off of my Easiest Ever Peanut Butter Cookies— an absolute staple in my home. I love making a double batch and storing half in the freezer. From there, you can simply pull out a couple out whenever you want them, let them thaw or stick them in the microwave 15-25 seconds and they are good as new! Does anyone else meal prep dessert? Asking for a friend 😬
For this recipe, all you need is:
- peanut butter (preferably the natural kind— that only contains peanuts or peanuts and salt)
- coconut sugar (any sugar will work but I love using coconut sugar because it is less processed than regular white sugar)
- 1 egg
- vanilla extract
- baking soda
- chocolate bar of choice (I typically go for a vegan + lower sugar option)
Hope you guys love them!
