Healthy Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
1 - 1 & 1/2
cups
milk of choice*
1 scant tablespoon
unsweetened cocoa powder
(cacao powder works too)
sweetener of choice**
(to taste)
Instructions
Heat your milk in the microwave or over the stovetop.
Add cacao powder and sweetener.
Next, I blend the mixture in my blender to make it nice and frothy... but you can also whisk until fully combined.

*I like oat milk, coconut milk, almond milk, and cashew milk
