Key Lime Mousse (High Protein, Low Sugar)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice (see above for suggestions)
  • zest of 1 lime
  • juice of 1 lime

Optional toppings: white chocolate, graham crackers

    Instructions

    • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Stop to scrape the sides as needed.
    • Transfer mixture to a small dish and smooth out the top. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
    • Remove from the freezer.
    • If adding toppings, melt your white chocolate and spread into an even layer on top. Place back in the freezer for a few minutes for the chocolate to set. Crush graham crackers, add more lime zest, and enjoy!
