Finely chop the graham crackers into small pieces. Melt the chocolate over the stove using a double boiler method or using the microwave. (See above for instructions on both)
In a large bowl, add graham crackers, mini marshmallows, melted chocolate and stir until fully covered by the chocolate.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture to the pan and evenly spread the top.
Place in the freezer for one hour. Take out, slice, and enjoy!
