Healthier Reese's Poke Cake (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Poke Cake

vanilla cake mix
peanut butter
(runny is best)
chocolate chips
(melted)
Peanut Butter Frosting

butter
(softened, regular or dairy free)

tbsp
peanut butter

cups
powdered sugar

tbsp
milk of choice
(regular or dairy free)
Toppings
peanut butter cups

chocolate chips
(another great option)
Instructions
Poke Cake
Make your favorite boxed cake mix. Let it cool completely then poke holes into the cake.
Pour peanut butter over the holes and spread.
Melt chocolate chips by microwaving for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until fully melted. Pour over the holes and spread.
Peanut Butter Frosting
Beat together softened butter and peanut butter.
Add powdered sugar and beat again.
Slowly add in milk of choice while mixing until desired consistency is reached.
Spread frosting over cake, top with chopped peanut butter cups or chocolate chips, and enjoy!
