Chocolate Christmas Bark (Gluten Free, Dairy Free Option)

Ingredients

  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (split)

Toppings: marshmallows, nuts, seeds, fruit, granola, sprinkles, pretzels, etc.

    Instructions

    • Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper.
    • Add 1 bag of chocolate chips to a bowl with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted. Repeat with 1 bag of white chocolate chips.
    • Pour melted chocolate onto a parchment paper-lined tray and spread evenly. Using a toothpick, make swirls between the white and dark chocolate.
    • Add toppings of choice - the possibilities are endless!
    • Place in the freezer until chocolate is fully set. Break into pieces and enjoy!
