Add in egg, vanilla and almond extract and beat until smooth.
Add in almond flour, oat flour, spices, salt, baking soda and beat until smooth again.
Chill dough for 1 hour.
Scoop about 1 heaping tbsp per cookie, roll into a ball and place on baking sheet. Slightly flatten and bake ~10 minutes. Let cool completely before adding icing.
For Icing:
Combine the powdered sugar, ground nutmeg and mix in a little milk at a time until your desired consistency is reached.
