Air Fryer Apple Cobbler (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • oil (any spray oil will work)
  • cinnamon
  • brown sugar

Optional toppings: ice cream, coco whip, granola, nuts/seeds, cinnamon, etc.

    Instructions

    • Slice an apple and scoop out the core.
    • Place in the air fryer and spray with a little avocado oil. Place apple halves face down and air fry at 400F for 8 mins.
    • Flip apples over and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. (See alternatives in post above)
    • Air fry for another 2-3 min.
    • Add toppings like ice cream or coconut whip, granola, and more cinnamon. Enjoy!!
