Quick & Easy Blueberry Crisp (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Blueberry Filling

Honey
(or maple syrup)

Arrowroot starch
(or cornstarch, tapioca starch)
Crisp

Oat flour

cup
Oats
1/2
cup
Brown sugar

Butter
(or vegan butter, coconut oil)
Cinnamon
(to taste)
Sea salt
(sprinkle)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Wash and dry blueberries, fully.
Mix blueberry filling ingredients in a bowl and pour into a lightly greased baking dish.
In another bowl, mix together crisp ingredients. Scoop evenly on top of blueberry mixture.
Bake for 40-45 mins. Let cool completely!
Option to serve with your favorite vanilla ice cream or coconut cream
