Spray a medium-sized pan with oil and heat over the stovetop.
Place pepperoni and cheese on the pan. Top with a tortilla and cook until slightly crisp and golden. (It helps to gently press on the tortilla a few times)!
Once cooked, carefully flip and remove from the pan onto a plate (topping side up).
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and top with marinara sauce.
Roll the tortilla lengthwise, cut in half, and enjoy!
