The Easiest Pizza Tortilla Hack (Gluten Free, Dairy Free Option)

Ingredients

  • 1 Tortilla
  • Shredded cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning
  • Red marinara sauce

Instructions

  • Spray a medium-sized pan with oil and heat over the stovetop.
  • Place pepperoni and cheese on the pan. Top with a tortilla and cook until slightly crisp and golden. (It helps to gently press on the tortilla a few times)!
  • Once cooked, carefully flip and remove from the pan onto a plate (topping side up).
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning and top with marinara sauce.
  • Roll the tortilla lengthwise, cut in half, and enjoy!
