Special Sauce
Equal parts mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup with enough pickle juice to thin/reach desired consistency.
Note: Ingredient quality depends on serving size - if you're prepping for the week, making one meal, or for multiple people. Choose amounts of each ingredient that you prefer!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Make the fries by slicing potatoes or sweet potatoes and place them on a baking sheet. Coat in oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 40 min.
Prepare toppings by slicing tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and romaine lettuce. Shred cheese.
Make the special sauce by mixing together equal parts mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Thin with pickle juice until you reach your desired sauce consistency.
Cook your choice of ground meat (or meat substitute) and season with salt and pepper.
Assemble bowls with romaine, potatoes, tomatoes, red onion, pickles, ground beef, cheese, and special sauce. Enjoy!
