Easy, Healthier Air Fryer Taquitos

Ingredients

  • taco meat (your choice of beef, chicken, turkey, veggies, etc.)
  • refried beans
  • tortillas

Instructions

  • Cook preferred taco meat (or veggies if vegan/vegetarian).
  • Lightly warm tortillas on each side over the stovetop or on a pan.
  • Add a layer of refried beans and taco meat to each tortilla and gently roll up.
  • Lightly spray your air fryer (or baking sheet if using oven) with oil. Place the taquitos in the air fryer / oven and bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Add toppings of choice. (ex. shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa, jalapeƱos, greek yogurt, etc.)
