Add chocolate chips and nut butter to a bowl. Heat in the microwave in 15 second intervals (stirring between each) until melted (you could also do on the stovetop). Stir in rice cereal.
Pour into a parchment paper lined pan (I used a loaf pan). Spread evenly and tap pan on the counter a couple times to remove any air bubbles.
Freeze for a couple of hours, slice, top with sea salt, and enjoy!!
