Single Serve Berry Crisp

Ingredients
For the berries

cup
berries
(make sure to dry FULLY after washing if using fresh berries)
1
tsp
maple syrup
1
tsp
tapioca starch
(cornstarch or arrowroot will work here as well)
For the crisp
2
tbsp
oats
2
tbsp
almond flour
2
tsp
maple syrup
Few shakes
cinnamon
1
pinch
sea salt
1/2
tbsp
coconut oil
(softened)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish— I use an 8 oz ramekin.
Mix together berry mixture ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
While your berries are baking, mix together crisp topping.
Top berries with crisp and bake for another 10 minutes.
Optional - serve with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream!
