Nutella Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2
banana
(spotty is best)
1
egg
1/4
cup
milk of choice
1/2
cup
oats
pinch
sea salt
1/4
tsp
baking soda
nutella
(I recommend using my healthy homemade version!)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Add all ingredients (except nutella) to a blender and blend until fully combined.
Pour shout 3/4 of the batter into a lightly greased oven- safe baking dish. Bake for about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, add a big spoonful of nutella to the center, and pour the rest of the batter over the top. Bake for another 15-17 minutes. Enjoy!
