Ingredients
3/4cupoat flour
1/3 cup + 1 tbspghee
2eggs
1/3cupcocoa powder
3/4 cupchocolate protein powder
1/3cupcoconut sugar
3/4cupmilk of choice
pinchsalt
1/4tspbaking soda
1/3cupchocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking dish with parchment paper (I use an 8x8 baking dish).
Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a large bowl and mix until fully combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 30-32 minutes.
Let cool and cut into 9 slices. Optional to top with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
