Vegan Ricotta Toast

For the vegan ricotta

PB2 Cashew Powder

oil

garlic powder

lemon juice
(the juice of about 1/2 small lemon)

tsp
salt

tsp
pepper

tbsp
nutritional yeast
For the toast
sourdough bread
(or bread of choice)
1
peach
sliced
honey
for drizzling
pistachios
crushed
Instructions
Add all vegan ricotta ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined.
Spread vegan ricotta onto toasted bread. Add sliced peaches, drizzle honey, and top with crushed pistachios. Enjoy!
