Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender except for chocolate chips and blend until smooth. Add in your chocolate chips and stir.
  • Lightly grease pan in butter or oil and turn heat to med/low. Spoon batter onto pan and cook until small bubbles start to form (a few minutes) and then flip. 
  • Cook another few minutes, add toppings of choice, and enjoy!
