Chocolate Oat Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/3 cup oats (blended— or buy oat flour at the store)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice (I used cashew)
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add your banana and mash with a fork.
  • Add the rest of your ingredients and stir.
  • Pour batter into a lightly greased mug or ramekin and microwave 1:30-2 min in 30 second intervals (stop your microwave for a couple seconds every 30 seconds).
