1/3cupoats (blended— or buy oat flour at the store)
1 tbsp honey
1egg
2tbspcocoa powder
2tbspmilk of choice (I used cashew)
pinchsalt
1/4tsp baking soda
Instructions
In a bowl, add your banana and mash with a fork.
Add the rest of your ingredients and stir.
Pour batter into a lightly greased mug or ramekin and microwave 1:30-2 min in 30 second intervals (stop your microwave for a couple seconds every 30 seconds).
