Neapolitan Overnight oats

Ingredients

oats

cup
milk of choice

yogurt
(regular, greek, or vegan)
dash
sea salt

tbsp
honey
(or maple syrup or sweetener of choice)
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1
tbsp
cocoa powder
1/4
cup
strawberry puree
(about 4-5 large strawberries— blended)
Instructions
Add oats, milk, yogurt, salt, and honey to a container. Stir and set in the fridge for at least 2 hours to thicken.
Separate the oats into 3 bowls or containers (about 1/3 cup each).
Add vanilla extract to the first, cocoa powder to the second, and strawberry purée to the third. Stir mixture in each bowl until well combined.
Layer oats in a cup or jar and enjoy!
