Sugar Cookie Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

cup
oats

tsp
chia seeds

tbsp
vanilla protein powder
1/3
cup
milk of choice
2
tbsp
water
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
almond extract
pinch
sea salt
1/4
tsp
baking soda
1
tbsp
maple syrup
(or sweetener of choice, to taste)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Pour into an oven safe baking dish (I use an 8oz ramekin).
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
Let cool and top with yogurt frosting (mix 2 tbsp plain yogurt with 2 tsp maple syrup and 1/4 tsp vanilla).
Add sprinkles!
