Sugar Cookie Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice, to taste)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour into an oven safe baking dish (I use an 8oz ramekin).
  • Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
  • Let cool and top with yogurt frosting (mix 2 tbsp plain yogurt with 2 tsp maple syrup and 1/4 tsp vanilla).
  • Add sprinkles!
