Chocolate Raspberry Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 heaping cup oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 mashed bananas
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • frozen raspberries for topping
  • granola for topping

Instructions

  • Add oats, chia seeds, mashed banana, sea salt, and milk to a small pot. Bring to a boil, turn heat down to low, and cover for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once oatmeal is cooked, stir in protein powder. You can also add some water if it’s too thick.
  • Top with frozen raspberries and granola.
