Chocolate Chip Banana Baked Oatmeal Cups

Ingredients

bananas
(spotty bananas work best)

eggs

cup
milk
(I use cashew or oat)

cups
oats

tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
sea salt
1
tsp
baking soda
1
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Mash bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
Add the rest of you ingredients (except chocolate) and mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop about 1/3 cup batter into each muffin tin and flatten out the top with a spoon.
Bake for 30 min and add sea salt on top.
