PB&J Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

cup
oats

tsp
chia seeds

tbsp
peanut butter
1/2
scoop
vanilla protein powder
1/3
cup
milk of choice
(I used coconut milk)
3-4
tbsp
water
pinch
sea salt
1/4
tsp
baking soda
jam or jelly of choice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (except jam) in a bowl.
Pour about 2/3 oat mixture into oven safe baking dish, add a big spoonful of jam, and then the rest of the oat mixture.
Top with more jam and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
Add toppings of choice. I added a little bit more peanut butter, crushed peanuts, and bee pollen.
