Single Serve Banana Protein Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 spotty banana
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup milk (I use almond, cashew, or oat)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • cinnamon to taste
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl, mash banana with a fork.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour batter into an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Add toppings of choice. I love adding nut butter, bee pollen, and more cinnamon.
