Single Serve Banana Protein Baked Oatmeal

spotty banana

vanilla protein powder

milk
(I use almond, cashew, or oat)
1/4
cup
water
cinnamon
to taste
pinch
sea salt

baking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl, mash banana with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour batter into an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Add toppings of choice. I love adding nut butter, bee pollen, and more cinnamon.
