1cup peanut butter(only ingredient should be peanuts or peanuts and salt)
2eggs
1/4cupcoconut sugar(can sub any kind of sugar)
1/4 cupmaple syrup
1 tspvanilla extract
1/2tspbaking soda
pinchsea salt
1 cupchocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix together peanut butter, eggs, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla. The consistency will be similar to a thick caramel.
Whisk in the rest of your ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, scoop out about 1 heaping tablespoon for each cookie dough ball. Roll into balls and set onto baking sheet.
Flatten each cookie dough ball using the bottom of your palm. You want to flatten them quite a bit because they don't flatten very much on their own when baking. Top with additional chocolate chips and sea salt.
Bake for 7-10 minutes. Let cool completely before removing them from the tray.

*see my oat flour tutorial in my Instagram highlights. Super easy (basically just blend oats in a blender or food processor!)
