frozen banana

frozen cauliflower
(steamed before frozen if your stomach is sensitive to too many raw vegetables like mine)

cup
frozen spinach
1-2
tbsp
almond butter
dash
spirulina powder
1
scoop
protein powder
(I have been loving Vital Proteins Chocolate Blackerry Collagen with this recipe)

tbsp
ground flax
nut milk
(to consistency– I like my smoothies thick so I start with less and add just enough to blend)
granola of choice
(for topping– I have been loving Lil Bucks Lemon Turmeric clusters)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your blender (except granola). Blend until you reach desired consistency.
