1cupmilk of choice (or more– to preferred consistency)
dashsea salt
1 tbspmaple syrup(optional)
1/2 - 1scoopcollagen or any protein powder(optional)
toppings(of choice)
Instructions
Bring your milk to a boil on the stovetop.
Add in oats, chia seeds, and sea salt. Turn your heat down to medium-low. Stir.
Stir continuously until you reach your desired consistency, about 5 minutes (I turn the heat off when it is still slightly runny because it will continue to thicken after you stop cooking).
Stir in your protein of choice and sweetener (both are optional).
Add toppings! I always try to at least add some sort of extra fat to keep me full ☺️
