Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer (homemade + dairy-free + paleo)

This homemade Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer is super simple to make (no straining required!) and I always prefer making my own flavored coffee creamers because

  • 1) no weird unnecessary ingredients like gums or preservatives
  • 2) you can control the amount of sugar you want
  • 3) homemade always just tastes better 🙌🏼

This Homemade Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer is paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, and refined sugar-free. So much healthier than anything you can find in the store and I promise it is SO EASY to make, you’ll never go back to store-bought!

Hope you guys love it!

Keyword: christmas, coffee, creamer, dairy free, easy, gluten free, holiday, homemade, mocha, paleo, peppermint, plant based, vegan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 3-4 tbsp cashew butter or any nut butter* (depending how thick you want it)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process on high until creamy. Store in the refrigerator up to one week.

Notes

* I would not recommend peanut butter as it has a strong flavor. Almond, cashew, or sunflower butter will work best.
