What You’ll Need
- Oats
- Banana
- Egg
- Salt
- Baking soda
- Sweetener – optional but you can use maple syrup or honey.

How To Make
Start by blending all of your ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
Next, lightly grease a pan with butter or oil and turn on the heat to medium. Pour the batter onto the pan in a traditional circular pancake shape. Cook for a few minutes, until tiny bubbles start to form around the edges, and then flip! Let the other side cook for another few minutes.
Once your pancakes are done, put them on a plate and add the toppings! Add raspberries in the shape of Santa’s hat, bananas for the beard, chocolate chips for the eyes, and whipped cream. Voila!
