Easy & Healthy Christmas Pancakes (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

These easy healthy christmas pancakes are gluten free, dairy free, and low sugar. On a white plate, there is a medium sized golden brown pancake in the middle. Red raspberries are placed on the top of the pancake in the shape of a Santa hat with whipped cream as a white puff on the end of the point. On the bottom of the pancake, banana coins are formed in the shape of a beard. Two rich chocolate chips are placed as eyes, a red raspberry as a nose, and whipped cream on either side of the nose as a mustache.

These Healthy Christmas Pancakes are gluten free, dairy free, and super easy to make! They’re the perfect festive breakfast for any December morning using only five ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Whether you’re making these with kids or for yourself, they’ll put you in the holiday spirit!

These pancakes are so cute, I had so much fun putting them together to make it look like Santa. Who said kids are the only ones that can have fun with their food?? 😆

For some reason, pancakes just taste better and are a cozier breakfast around the holidays… especially on Christmas! Use this recipe as a base and get creative with the toppings, you could make Santa, a reindeer, an elf, etc.

What You’ll Need

  • Oats
  • Banana
  • Egg
  • Salt
  • Baking soda
  • Sweetener – optional but you can use maple syrup or honey.
  • Toppings – raspberries, banana, chocolate chips, whipped cream

How To Make

Start by blending all of your ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

Next, lightly grease a pan with butter or oil and turn on the heat to medium. Pour the batter onto the pan in a traditional circular pancake shape. Cook for a few minutes, until tiny bubbles start to form around the edges, and then flip! Let the other side cook for another few minutes.

Once your pancakes are done, put them on a plate and add the toppings! Add raspberries in the shape of Santa’s hat, bananas for the beard, chocolate chips for the eyes, and whipped cream. Voila!
