What You Need to Make These Classic Brownies:
- Sugar – I use Organic Cane Sugar.
- Brown sugar
- GF Flour – My favorite is the blue bag from Bob’s Red Mill!
- Cocoa or cacao powder
- Oil – I use avocado oil.
- Eggs
- Vanilla
- Sea salt
How To Make This Gooey Treat:
To make these brownies, start by preheating the oven to 350 F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper to make it easier to cut and remove the brownies once fully baked.
To prepare the brownie batter, add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Try to make sure it’s smooth and free of clumps – this will help with the pillowy texture!
Once the batter is completely mixed, pour it into your lined baking dish and spread evenly. If you’re wanting more chocolate and texture for your brownies, top with a finely sliced chocolate bar or chocolate chips. Completely optional, they’re still amazing without!
Bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on how gooey you like them. Let them sit in the baking dish to cool before slicing and removing.

Hello,
What size baking dish should be used?
Thanks!
Hi Sara! I used an 8×8 baking dish 🙂
my batter is very oily, too
much it seems like , is that how it should be ?
Hi! The consistency of the batter is on the more “wet” side… you can compare in my video tutorial HERE
Let me know if that helps!!
Hi, how long should i bake it for if i want it gooey?
Bake for 15 minutes and check they’re the right amount of gooey you want, if not then let them continue baking and keep checking! Closer to 20/25 minutes will have a more firm brownie.
Hi, how long should i bake it for if i want it gooey on the inside and crispier on the outside?
The baking time is 15-25 minutes so I would say around the 20 minute mark you would have a gooey center and a slight crisp on the edges!
